A. Testing Clavicular Fibers:

• Patient abducts shoulder to 90°

Positive Sign for Clavicular Fibers: Arm does not drop below the table level

B. Testing Sternal Fibers:

• Patient abducts shoulder to 150°

Positive sign for Sternal Fibers: arm does not drop below the table level
