Tension Headaches

tension headache is generally a diffuse, mild to moderate pain in your head that’s often described as feeling like a tight band around your head. A tension headache (tension-type headache) is the most common type of headache.

Tension headaches are caused by muscle tension, in and around the head. Often muscles are so tight they will refer pain to surrounding areas. This is referred to as trigger points.

By massaging and stretching the neck \ head muscles and working on the trigger points, we can alievate the symptoms and often get rid of the headache entirely.
